  • The Hon Justice Monika Schmidt AM

    The Hon Monika Schmidt AM was a judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales from 2009 until 2019, appointed to the Common Law Division, having previously been a judge of the Industrial Court of New South Wales for 16 years.

    In 1993, whilst still in her early 30s, her Honour was appointed as a judge of the Industrial Court of NSW and a deputy president of the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales. In 1998 her Honour was also appointed as a deputy president of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission of NSW.
